Bryce Pennel recognizes that “home” is most people’s greatest asset. His intelligent, thoughtful, and authentic approach to real estate, coupled with his passion for architecture and design, have catapulted him to ranking in the top 1% of 1.4 Million Licensed Real Estate Professionals in the US in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Bryce started his career in investment management at Morgan Stanley, and he builds on this background to offer targeted, tailored real estate guidance to his devoted clientele.
Bryce has a natural gift for seeing the inherent value in each property and is committed to helping his clients realize the potential in every home from the second they walk through its doors. Having helped dozens of clients purchase, renovate and resell distressed homes at significant profit margins, Pennel’s investment background comes full circle. Bryce’s dedication to his profession and keen eye for the markets have helped make him Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s International Rookie of the Year (during his first year in the industry) and a standing member of the International President’s Circle and the LA Chapter of the Top Agent’s Network. Pennel received his undergraduate degree from the USC Marshall School of Business and remains active in the USC Alumni Society.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bryce has called LA home for the last 12 years. When he’s not working with his clients or developing homes himself, Bryce spends his time traveling, visiting LA’s many cultural institutions, and devoting his energy toward philanthropic causes such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), MOCA, Geffen Playhouse, the Diane Fossey Gorilla Fund and the World Wildlife Fund.
